Jetion Solar (China) Co., Ltd. (the “Company” or “Jetion Solar”), one of the world's leading professional PV manufacturer, recently announced that the company has successfully supplied 50 MW solar modules for a large-scale ground solar project in Minbu, Myanmar.
It is reported that this 50 MW Minbu Solar Park is the largest solar project in Myanmar so far. The project covers an area of 200 acres and is currently under construction, and is expected to be connected to the grid in June 2019. The annual power generation is expected to be 87 million kWh, which can power about 20,000 Myanmar families.
“In the northern part of Myanmar where the PV project is located, the performance and stability of solar modules in extreme high temperature conditions are very important,” said Zhao Honglei, senior vice president of Jetion Solar, “Our client chooses Jetion Solar as its partner proves Jetion Solar’s high-efficiency and high-reliability products are fully qualified and bankable.
